Stoney littleton would seem to have a winter solstice event, something I found out today.... it must come over the ridge facing the entrance.

yes it does.
I usualy go to stoney after solstice to clean up and rebuild the drystone walling that has been kicked off.
Summer full moonset can be viewed from the back chamber.
