To be fair, there's no official public access, so reading between the lines of the tone of juamei's reply it sounds like in general the farmer doesn't have a problem with folks going and having a look (as long as they close any gates that were closed). Which is exactly how you'd like it to be, a bit of common sense, some mutual tolerance, everyone's happy.
