I contacted Kennet archaeology and someone will be doing a site visit
to assess the situation in the next few days.
NT and EH have been informed also.
I'm off to stoney littleton tomorrow to see if it has the same problem.

we were at stoney littleton a couple of weeks ago and there was no litter or offerings there - maybe the huge amount of mud had put people off?
