Warning. It's not all such good RA up here, we've some astoundingly underwhelming sites that make the Copt Howe carvings look totally clear by comparison. If you ever want a guide to the Northumbrian stuff, giz a shout, I'm always up for blagging a lift out of Tyneside ;)

Cheers Hob, might take you up on that next time I'm heading nor'east.

As for Mordue, I tried Radgie Gadgie, Five Bridges, and Geordie Pride. Went down like nobodies business. As well as old stones, I like old pubs - the Victoria in Durham fitted the bill, had Mordue beers, plus Big Lamp.

Didn't get to any sites though.
