You're right about Jane and TC Ocifant, and it looks like neither of them are about.

Isn't there a pub in Uffington itself? Yeah, I've just found it on Yell.

Bah! Thanks K...

Just got back and didn't have time to stop after walking round for hours and hours and hours... you know what it's like! There's a lot to see round there..!

Not to worry - had a lovely day with Mrs Goffik and Mr & Mrs Subgiant - haven't been to Uffington for ages! Walked all the way down to Dragon Hill and back again - with my knee - tchoh! But it was worth it.

Have "they" moved Waylands Smithy, by the way? I'm sure it wasn't that far last time we went... ;o)
