Its 4 years since the hole appeared this may!
Maybe a bigger demo or a birthday party for the hole?
Latests plans are that EH are going to do yet another bore hole through the centre of the hill (plastic crap and all) to see what the inner cavity is doing these days!

The depressing thing is that the Time Team discussion was started, I suspect, by a Treasure seeker (that forum is absolutely infested with them). Who else could it be, given the spelling and the appalling attitude:

"Why are English heritage so strick when in comes to digging up land etc...????"

And instead of him being smacked down he gets answered by a "Don't blame English Heritage" apologist.

Which one would YOU string up first?
