Not sure what 'knowing' or 'liking' the staff at the Red Lion has to do with the quality of the food served there,He did mention the staff though, and not in a good light as far as i remember.
My comment is a response to that.
Also, i don't see why The Lions location has anything to do with the standard of food there.
