That's a noble reason not attending, tuseday, but the Meeting really does need people like you to push forward the best course of action for Silbury.

Does that make sense? Combining both quotes you are in affect saying - The meeting really does need people "who don't know that much about the issues" to push forward the best course of action for Silbury. The popular vote outweighs expert opinion?
