I'm someone who for five years said grouting shouldn't be dismissed.

EH rejected it categorically for four years.

I wrote to the Chief Executive pointing out that 5 of their six reasons for so doing were fallacious.

It was then reinstated, and we've heard no more of the fallacious reasons.

So for 4 years, not only was my viewpoint valid, it was correct.

So I guess I'm entitled to express an opinion, notwithstanding your attempts to discredit me.
