It's not actually mine, but Anthony Weir's. I shall inform him of the infringement and let him take it up with them. He definitely would not have allowed them to use it on a fucking golf related site. That has to be worth £3000 at least!

Tell Anthony to web whack the site first so that he has proof that they used it without premission. They may try taking the picture and denying that it was used.
This way you've got proof. (Teleport pro is good.)
Golfers can afford 3K so you never know, he may get it.
If they refuse to pay then get a freebie web site and do a spoof of their pages :)
