If its your pic then send them an invoice for £1,000.
They usualy respond by offering to pay their 'normal fee' (Often about £50) it works for me.
Mike Pitts once got a company to cough up the full £1,000!

It's not actually mine, but Anthony Weir's. I shall inform him of the infringement and let him take it up with them. He definitely would not have allowed them to use it on a fucking golf related site. That has to be worth £3000 at least!
