He has caught the exact symbolic image of this area, Cherhill Down has a strange uncanny lunar like landscape full of past ghosts. Living about 30 kilometres from Cherhill, I can still see
it from the hills that surround Bath, saw it yesterday, with Little Solsbury hill fort in the foreground, and even from a distance it has that strange magnetic power....The Morgan hill photo (Oldbury Hillfort) taken on the other side captures the same emptyiness..

Excellent.

Makes me want to jump into the photo and go belting across to see whats on the other side.

Speaking of scalar perspectives mini-FW, I thought that was a pic of a surfboard till I looked closer.
