Had a look at some of them, its quite confused folklore really. I guess it explains how it moved from Tipperary to North Cork with the lands been given to him there.
I wonder what his oared wheel was, could it have been some kind of monument aligned to the sun?

Well to answer my own question after looking at the stone that is called roth ramhach and the stone in springfield well its actually not the one.
However I have found the townland where it is meant to be Dromline but there is no stone listed there although there is a ring indicting a monument there so Ill have a look at it next time im down that way.
