They are probably planning to remove Avebury to stop people parking there :-)

theres usualy only around 20 or so people that turn up in December.
There are plans for a possible park and ride scheme next summer solstice.

Another note is that the Cove stones are to be set in concrete next March and the ugly fence removed at last!
