Well, I went to one of 'em, and later taught at one of 'em, so praps that's why they're so bad!!!! All have been in "Special Measures" at some point over the last 6 years, although all are improving now, thankfully.
It's always struck me that the Salisbury Plain area has a strange socio-economic mix compared with Salisbury.
