I don't like it much, its too wrong for me also.
I'd probably like it better if I didn't know the landscape.
There is an Underhill Latern slide that is similar with a ploughed field but the stones are fallen.

I've sorta got a thing for Max Ernst collages, so it does it for me. Dunno if I could cope with it for long though.

It makes me think of that 'past as an alien place' that Fitz was speaking of on t'other thread.
