When was this? You should have come up and said something.
So many people have complaints about the pub, but never seem to tell the staff, or let me or one of the other duty managers know to give us a chance to put right anything that you may be unhappy with.
I love working in the pub, and am happy to defend it; or make sure you have no complaints when you visit.

I've never seen flies in the vinegar!
With so many people going through the doors every year it would be impossible to please everyone.
I have seen websites with very bad reviews of the food in the past which was obviously before Richard & Tracey took over.
The changes since have been amazing (the addition of you and TD has helped a great deal also)
I remember Richard busting a gut to get the pub open for Lammas to accommodate the pagans after the refurb.
I offered Richard a website but he never got back to me, maybe after Greenking take over eh? give him a nudge ;)
