I was there and didn`t see any - did you? Perhaps PeteG can tell us if there are any there.

i saw no long-term parking restrictions marked on the road
neither
were there any notices of temporary restrictions for the solstice.
many thanks for the parking link - i'll go through it now and see if i can bolster my case at all

Seems like I`ve got it wrong. They`ve changed the rules, this year.

"Double yellow lines mean that parking is restricted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (in other words ‘at any time’). With effect from 31 January 2003 councils are not required to erect a sign plate to accompany an ‘at any time’ restriction."
