That's a great shame. I can understand your fight against your previous employers, but as Rhiannon says, as some point you have to move on, and a web site such as this is not really the place to continue that fight. I'm sure you could provide many insights into the sites that we all love here, if only you would share some of your experiences and findings and engage with TMA more. Who knows, you might even garner a bit more sympathy for your cause? There's more than one way to skin a cat...
