Wouldn't know if there's anything happening but that car park at Wyming is often busy, maybe because there are some nice walks around that area. If you follow megadread's directions you can't go far wrong, they sound cock-on to me. Enjoy :-)

zerkalo, i could meet you and show you some of the other stuff in the area if you like.
The walk taking in the circle, cave, long cist, standing stone, head stones and it's nearby standing stone is around 3 miles and takes about 2-3 hours.
I'll check this again tomorrow about 11 am- ish, leave me a reply with the time your gonna be there and i'll meet you in the car park if you'd like a (free) guide.

That would have been one of the women only walks that have recently started.

yeah there are some terrific walks from that car park, especially along that cliff top. I always enjoy the walk up the banks of the brook from the Rivelin reservoir car park, feels like you are genuinely many miles from civilisation and it's teaming with wild-life too.
