It is a rather special effect innit. I wonder how much of the detail is put in by your subconcious though.

When I went to a site over the hill I was amazed to see this: http://www.megalithomania.com/show/site/971/2929

I've been back since that was taken and the trees in the distance have gone. You can now see 'her' lying on the skyline .. beautiful!

By the way, changing the thread a bit. . At Callanish, if you stand by the main site, you can just about see the other three circles. So, technically speaking, if you count Callanish itself as a stone circle, you can see FOUR seperate stone circles from one standpoint. I don't think there is anywhere else you can do this is there? Not even in Ireland?
