Hitching about is quite easy but there are buses that go to and from the site. We actually hired a car from Glasgow and drove up last year. There seemed to be quite a few buses about..........Have a look at the Stornaway Website which is quite useful ...Enjoy....It just awesome

Understatement of the year, that David. I think Lewis is where old buses go to die - there are stacks of them lying about all over the place. ;O)
