Are you trying to shift those unsold copies of Urpagan on the merchandiser page? ;)
I know you're right about leaving it up to the individual to find the stone themselves, but it is kind of frustrating when a visit to Wiltshire has to be a once-a-year trip rather than a weekly thing. I visited in summer and spent a day searching in vain for the stone, chased by cows and attacked by the electric fence at the gallops...

Julian told me it was ok to give spoken directions but not to draw maps/write directions etc. After all I think it's private land and we dont want the hoards descending...
Incidentally I found a beautiful pollisher in the Archaeological museum in Nantes. Its only about a foot or so accross but it's made of this exquisite viened marbly stuff (Ive got a degree in geology you know) and the grooves, bowly bit configuration is very like the one up Fyfield way. It's definitely better than the Vannes museum one.
