Hi Chris
Narrow, evenly spaced marks on a hump in the ground in an area of rich farmland would suggest plough scars to me, more specifically a harrow.

Do you think a plough or harrow could make those marks in one go tho? Surely it'd have to be 'one go' or they'd be all over the place. Genuinely asking - I don't know much about such things, being a townie.

They certainly look man-made to me in the photo, but not like any polisher I've seen pics of.
