There is a great round field in the West Looe Valley in Cornwall, just above the Giants Hedge and not too far from Hall Rings. It has a stone wall all around it and I had thought that it must be Iron age in origin. However a local historian of great repute has told me it is a medieval rabbit warren. That dosent mean it is not built on a previous fort though does it.....
