I'm not sure how to answer that directly without a lot more digging, though I suspect that we could probably find likely candidates in the Bible and also amongst the Irish saints.

I can't help but feel that this is a red herring, however, as far as Sheela is concerned. Let's assume for one moment that Sheela IS a goddess. Look at the symbolism. Surely a mother rather than a hag? Surely the forces of fertility, not sterility?
