Not to change the subject but I understand there is a Darley brewery out there. Do you know if it is any good? They were reputed to be friends of the Guinesses..... who have enjoyed quite a reputation :-) I find it quite humorous that in Darley Dale the Pub is called Church Inn. I read a posting quoting William Blake stating that if they would serve beer at church he'd have no problem going! I quite agree to passing on "The" Sherry, I've not found any that tastes to my liking.
