I'm doubly puzzled -

First, no-one from Heritage Action had been involved in this spat (perhaps you thought otherwise?). So why the sideswipe, out of the blue?

Secondly, could you explain the evidence on which you based your opinion that HA is inactive? I'm agog.

I have a feeling that ES actually thinks HA is actually called 'Heritage in Action', which is how he wrote it in another post - the 'inAction' could have been a typo. That aside, it was still a swipe.

I might be being too generous here though :-)

Where have I said that HA is inactive? I did comment that I thought it was sad that you didn't want to meet or attend an English Heritage meeting. Doubtless you had your reasons. I have no way of knowing if HA is active or not and i agree - i should not have mentioned you inconnection with fly posters on Lakeland boulders
