According to ancient Irish annals, Arran is the home of Mannan, the sea god.

Makes sense. Once you go, you will find yourself going back time and time again. It is trully unique in it's beauty and diversity.

Yeah, i envy me too, haven't been away for years! And as a non driver, a small island seems a good place to start getting out and seeing some megalithic goings on too...........Not that i belive im wishing my life away, but COME ON August!
