I`m stumped.

I`ve listened to all that I could find and nothing seems to come near it.

The buzzard actually comes the closest.....because sometimes the note does descend....but what I heard was a long descending note.....every time.....and no other call.

It was too far away for me to describe without binoculars and in flight it was towards the sun.

I`ve got a terrible pic that I`ve been trying to put on the web...but I`m hopeless.
