Approximately where is this stone then Joolio? It sounds like it might be fun seeking it out, with nothing but a map, a compass and a strimmer. I'm often in Hertfordshyre, so I quite fancy having a look for it.

As I mentioned in my fieldnotes (http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/browse.php?site_id=1500) I parked pretty much on the button for the grid ref, but despite strolling around for half an hour or so, I drew a blank.
