Peeling back the vegetation I noticed unusual (for me) circular markings upon a side slab of the main western cist at this wonderful site. Assumption was these are natural... but not being an expert perhaps others may have a different opinion and wish to investigate further?
Whatever, the cairns are highly recommended.... excellent vibe, exquisite sea views.
