Many of the settings have a feel of the genuine about them - others don't. I think quite a few of them are the real thing.

Whoever did them or added to them knew a thing or two: stones rows with 90 degree terminals (like in the south of England), four posters with one stone a different height to the rest, male & female pairs and such like.
