Here's one in Scotland - a long link ( http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=1930&l=0854b&id=507458396 ) - second row down, second image in. I guess everyone knows where it is ? Because I don't - we could always email Nigel. The groove beside the ballaun is also artificially made, and ther's anothe image - on page two - that seems to be similarly artificially grooved - on that one they're arranged as lozenges!

It looks like that's somewhere in the cairngorms ,possibly Loch Avon in the centre right . The height is probably over 3000 feet , the rock is granite which has been carved into some incredible shapes ,but all natural the weather at that height in winter is artic and also the sculptor .
