"English Heritage further expressed a view that any decision on the scheduling (legal protection) of the monument either within the road corridor or beyond it would depend upon further characterisation of its attributes. In this regard, they have stated that they would welcome an approach from the Council for funding for such further work."

So its probably still unscheduled.
