More fool those who thought it might have in view of the fact the taxpayer shells out £129 million a year to maintain a body that claims it acts as

"a national and international champion for the heritage"

How can a decision on the future of the "Ribbon" be made before it's been fully investigated??

Nobody knows the what, why, where, how, of the thing. So how can anybody make an informed decision??
