Finally got some feedback from Lis Dyson from Kent Heritage, who says she thinks they are authentic and is getting them put on the HER asap.

Poor woman, I have her chasing all over the place looking at odd sites and places I've noticed over the years :)

You can't beat seeing the stuff in situ , as opposed to pics ,but I still don't think they are man made .
