Dew Ponds?

I've not spotted the lambs - the photos were take a couple of weeks ago - maybe they are just little sheep.

The ponds are really lovely yes, they are very close to the earthwork (separated by a road unfortunately) I'm going to do some research and then post a field note, a friend of mine recons it could be a bronze age barrow but it seems quite big to me.

It definitely feels like a sacred site.

These ones are hard to tell sometimes. Is it a barrow or is it a ringfort? It certainly isn't *too big* for a barrow - I know of some 150ft across, but those are *very* special ones. If it were a barrow then it's a bloody great big one! So most likely is a fort site or henge. The landscape should give a few hints on that one.
