Think though, half a dozen contributors paying for the chapel, and then there is some form of making it habitable. You would have to have a committee, then ongoing expenses of rates, water electricity etc etc. Not a light undertaking. We live next to a very pretty grave yard, the inhabitants are very quiet though!
