Never come across Weir before will watch later on. There is also a 2 part series about Fair Isle on BBC at the moment, the first is on catch up here;

The next will be on Monday, it seems an idyllic way of life but very tough to live in isolation on these islands.

A documenter of Scottish tradition, reminds me in a way of Jack Hargreaves south of the border..a breed now gone.
