One of the suggested routes for the stones for Brodgar was from Vestra down the Loch of Harray , until it was discovered that there was no Loch (it was a bog )when the stones were erected .

I'm off up there myself soon, will come up with a few routes of my own.
I might even turn them into roads if the fancy takes me.
