Thanks for the warning, we will have a good guide in Sanctuary in some places I think, he knows this area very well. It is an area that is intriguing with its tors, and ever since I read in 'Stone Worlds' about the Leskernick settlement, I have wanted to get to know Bodmin Moor better; maybe we will even do a little house hunting down there;)
First time we went, a mare and foal trotted across the road in front of the car very bedraggled from the rain, and there are plenty on the moor, though whether they are looked after properly I don't know.
