I was watching a tv program on lost African kingdoms last night.
Part of the program was about a mud town built by hunter gatherers thousands of years ago, under an overhanging cliff.
The buildings were partly for storage of food collected from the surrounding forest, apparently the locals would eat what they wanted and stored the rest for a rainy day.
I think this could be called managing the food supply, so where do we say hunter gathering ends, and agriculture begins?...
