Probably amusing noone but myself, but spotted this, a video of water sloshing about in a very deep basin. I suppose that's how such things must be formed?

It's in the back end of nowhere (in the best possible sense), somewhere about NJ111027

How is that happening?! Is it wind causing it to do that?

The water and the particles it dislodges.
The Peaks are littered with these.
