Bryn Cader Faner is not at all out of reach, it was a tough walk in deep snow but in normal circumstances would just be a bit steep and bit muddy in places. It's utterly brilliant though, you should go - if you need company to push you up the hill, there would no doubt be volunteers on here.

The little chamber is by contrast as easy as could be, most of the path to it is well surfaced with a bit of undulating grassy dune at the end. But not any less lovely for the lack of effort. There were people walking past only yards away on the "main" path, but it still felt very tranquil and secluded.

I'd love to get back up to East Yorkshire, went to Rudston and Willy Howe years ago but that's about it. You make it sound very appealing. I like Flamborough Head too.
