On the same question: we've just got back from a cold and awesomely wet day on the moors above Hebden Bridge, and found a cluster of previously unrecognized neolithic walling, hut circles, some curious large ringed earthwork, cairns, and a highly likely 7ft-long standing stone in the same little region, laid on its back. Needs resurrecting! Most of the images we took aint come out well at all, as the moor was pretty dark all day and the cold wind & driving rain didn't stop at all. Twas bloody awesome weather!!! So after our Avebury jaunt this weekend, we're back up to have a better and longer look around, to see what else hides underfoot.
