Could be, but what strikes me with the R*s entry into Britain, you don't see much evidence of 'druidism' here in the physical form i.e. wooden idols be they big or small. The only thing you can connect them with (apart from the written account of Tacitus) is 'Nemeton' which means sacred grove........
