Cheers Hob,

Just trying to see what is buried in and around where I live.
Boldon hill is near, and since there was a burial found on top, I thought there might be other burials and things near or surrounding it.

Assume you know about Keys to the Past web site?

This has some details on what aerial photos exist for some areas (do advanced search) but doesn't have the actual photos online :-(

Also found that switching between Google Earth and Microsoft Virtual earth (either on-line or as applications) can help when looking around as they have different levels of detail for some areas and photos were taken at different times so you get different lighting/crop marks etc.
