new stone circle?

If you're going to allow people to visit it you'll need to comply with the Building Regs (pay special attention to ventilation and means of escape from fire). Also, you'll need to apply for planning permission which you probably won't get. Amazingly, the cheapest option for the stones will be importing them from India (and they'll shape it exactly how you want.) Finally, you'll have to find some aliens to erect it.

I don't think the stones themselves - or even the work involved - would be the biggest cost.

Can I suggest an enormously expensive consultation regarding the construction and location of a garishly uninviting visitor centre and burger bar? Preferrably in the shape of a sore thumb so as to not blend in with it's surroundings too much?

Ta awfully.
