No way, out of print? Have to be some copies around at reasonable prices, perhaps one of us closer to the Avebury NT shop can scope one out?

I'm getting something bound tomorrow, that's costing me about £30 and takes a day or so. of course you won't need new covers or anything so it ought to be less.

bookfinder.com lists it for 81 USD ($63 + $18 shipping). And up, to well over $200.
